Meet Jacqueline Clarke, Founder & CEO
Jacqueline (Jackie) Clarke is a lifelong resident of Indiantown, Florida, with a passion for serving her community. With an extensive background in public health, community service, and leadership, Jackie has been a driving force behind numerous initiatives that have positively impacted the lives of many in her community.
Jackie’s journey began with a deep-rooted commitment to community service, inspired by her family’s legacy of support for migrant workers. Her grandfather, a migrant farm worker turned contractor, instilled in her the values of respect, dignity, and giving back. This foundation has guided Jackie throughout her career and personal life.
Jackie has been a pivotal figure in Indiantown, serving in various capacities, including as a Non-Profit Business Owner, Councilwoman, Vice Mayor, and Mayor. Her leadership and dedication have earned her recognition from esteemed organizations such as the NAACP, Soroptimists International, and the Martin County School Board, among others.

Her experience as a community leader, coupled with her deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by non-profits and small businesses, makes her an invaluable resource.
A Legacy of Service
Jackie’s love for her community is evident in her numerous roles and accomplishments. She founded the non-profit Indiantown Community Outreach (ICOR) in 2000, which has since become a cornerstone of support for the residents of Indiantown. Through ICOR, Jackie has spearheaded initiatives such as the annual Back to School Bash, Breast Health Walk-a-Thon fundraisers, and community health fairs.
Her educational background includes certifications in Marketing Operations and Business Management from Indian River State College, as well as multiple certifications in public health from the Florida Department of Health. Jackie’s work in epidemiology, particularly in HIV/AIDS counseling and management, further highlights her dedication to improving public health.
A Commitment to Faith and Family
Beyond her professional achievements, Jackie is deeply committed to her Christian faith, which she credits as the source of her strength. Her family, including her husband of 42 years, Sylvester Clarke, their three children, and three grandchildren, remain her greatest support and inspiration.
